Vocational Nursing Application

1. Successful completion of BIOL 2401 or BIOL 2404 courses AND a minimum science GPA of 2.5 (expires after 5 years). Grades and all attempts will be used to calculate the Science GPA. (if applicable: 1 Point will be deducted for each course after the 1st Withdraw in these courses).

• A. Complete the Kilgore College Vocational Nursing Program Application
• B. Submit copies of Transcript(s) from all Colleges/Universities attended; including Kilgore College transcript with your Nursing Application. ***Transcripts from other colleges/universities must be reviewed and signed off from a Health Science Advisor prior to submitting the Nursing Program Application to the School of Nursing.
• C. TEAS test scores (print and submit the Individual Performance Profile summary page that includes Reading, Math & Science scores).
• D. Students not successful in a previous nursing program must provide a Letter of Good Standing from the previous nursing program Director. A letter can be submitted to nursing@kilgore.edu.
