4) Apply for Other Scholarships (Because… Why Not?):

There are tons of opportunities!

  • Presidential Scholarship: Read the fine print to see if you qualify!
  • General Scholarships: One application = access to a ton of scholarships.
  • Performing Arts: If you’re into band, choir, or the arts, check these out.
  • Community & Agency Scholarships: Local opportunities are out there waiting for you!
5) Send in Your Final High School Transcript & College Transcripts

Time to wrap it up!  Send your transcripts to KCAdmissions@kilgore.edu.

Can’t get the final/official just yet? Don’t worry, we can use your unofficial transcript in the meantime. Just don’t forget to submit official copies right after high school graduation!

6) Meet TSI Requirements

If you didn’t take a dual credit English and/or Math class, you might need to submit placement test scores. Check with the KC Admissions Office to confirm!

7) Submit Your Meningitis Shot Records (Or Get an Exemption)

Gotta stay healthy! Submit your shot records or request an exemption—whatever works for you.
